2. The ÆIDØS website

The current ÆIDØS website is primarily an informational website. We aim to collect as little personal data as reasonably possible.

We do not currently use advertising trackers or profiling cookies. Basic technical logs may be processed by our hosting or network providers for security, reliability and abuse prevention.

3. Founder information

If you support ÆIDØS through an external crowdfunding platform such as Indiegogo, we may receive information required to identify your contribution and fulfil Founder benefits.

This may include:

• your name or display name;
• email address;
• crowdfunding order or contribution identifier;
• contribution amount;
• Founder tier and number of Founder Pixels;
• country, where provided by the crowdfunding platform;
• name, nickname or logo submitted for the Founders Wall;
• Founder benefit and fulfilment status.

4. Why we use Founder information

Founder information may be used to:

• verify and fulfil your Founder reward;
• maintain the ÆIDØS Founders Registry;
• place your approved name or logo on the Founders Wall;
• communicate with you about reward fulfilment;
• invite you to optional ÆIDØS beta testing;
• provide the Founder software benefit after launch;
• provide customer support;
• meet accounting, tax and legal obligations.

General marketing communications will only be sent where we have an appropriate legal basis, including consent where required.

5. Your ÆIDØS Vault

The product is being designed so that passwords and credentials stored in an ÆIDØS Vault remain under the user's control.

Our design goal is that ÆIDØS infrastructure does not need access to plaintext vault passwords or credentials.

Detailed product privacy and security documentation will be published before the production service is released.

6. Service providers

We may use service providers for functions such as website hosting, networking, email, crowdfunding, accounting and security.

External platforms such as Indiegogo operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

7. Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including reward fulfilment and applicable accounting, tax and legal obligations.

Founder records associated with permanent Founder recognition may be retained for the duration of the ÆIDØS Founders Wall and project history, subject to applicable law and individual rights.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal data, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability.
