ÆIDØS Founder Rules

1. Founder reward

The ÆIDØS Founders Wall recognises people and organisations that supported ÆIDØS at the beginning of the project.

A Founder Pixel is a logical unit of placement on the Founders Wall. It is not a literal display pixel.

2. Founder zones

The Founders Wall contains two placement zones:

• Outer Founder Wall — €10 per Founder Pixel
• Founder Core — €30 per Founder Pixel

3. Combining Founder Pixels

Founder Pixels purchased by the same supporter are combined into one compact placement whenever reasonably possible.

A larger number of Founder Pixels therefore normally results in a larger visible block.

4. Placement priority

Placement priority is based primarily on the total number of Founder Pixels purchased within the relevant zone.

In the Founder Core, larger combined placements receive priority toward the absolute centre of the Core. The largest Founder Core supporter receives the most central position.

In the Outer Founder Wall, larger combined placements receive priority closer to the Founder Core, while smaller placements extend toward the outer edge.

If two supporters own the same number of Founder Pixels in the same zone, the earlier confirmed contribution receives priority.

5. Layout optimisation

Exact coordinates are not guaranteed.

During the active Founder programme, placements may be moved, resized proportionally or reorganised so that the Founders Wall remains readable, balanced and capable of accommodating new supporters.

The number and zone of Founder Pixels purchased will remain the basis of the supporter's placement.

6. Permanent Founder recognition

The ÆIDØS Founders Wall is intended to remain a permanent part of the ÆIDØS homepage and project history.

Once the Founder programme is concluded and the final layout is established, the intention is to preserve the completed Founders Wall as the historical record of the people who helped ÆIDØS begin.

7. Name, nickname or logo

A Founder may submit an appropriate name, nickname or logo for display within the available placement.

The submitted material must be owned by the Founder or used with appropriate permission.

External advertising links are not included unless explicitly offered separately by ÆIDØS.

8. Content moderation

We may reject or request replacement of content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful, pornographic, abusive, malicious, impersonating another person or organisation, or otherwise unsuitable for the ÆIDØS Founders Wall.

If submitted content cannot be used, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the Founder and request a replacement.

9. Beta invitation

Every Founder will be invited to join the ÆIDØS beta testing programme when beta testing becomes available.

Participation is optional and may depend on supported devices, platforms, technical compatibility, availability and applicable beta terms.

10. Twelve months of ÆIDØS

When ÆIDØS is officially released as a production service, every eligible Founder will be offered twelve months of ÆIDØS free of charge.

The benefit is intended as one Founder benefit per Founder, regardless of the number of Founder Pixels purchased.

Activation instructions and any applicable product eligibility requirements will be communicated after the official release.

11. Founding Supporter status

When ÆIDØS user accounts support Founder recognition, eligible Founders are intended to receive an ÆIDØS Founding Supporter designation associated with their account.

12. No equity or investment rights

Founder Pixels and Founder benefits do not provide shares, securities, company ownership, voting rights, dividends, investment returns or any other financial participation in ALUDATA s.r.o., ÆIDØS or any future ÆIDØS entity.

13. Founder Registry

We maintain records necessary to verify Founder contributions, fulfil Founder rewards and preserve the history of the Founders Wall.

Personal data is handled in accordance with the ÆIDØS Privacy Notice.

14. Campaign platform

Contributions are subject to the applicable crowdfunding platform's checkout process, payment rules and terms in addition to the campaign-specific information provided by ÆIDØS.

15. Updates

These rules may be clarified or updated before the crowdfunding campaign launches. Material terms applicable to confirmed rewards will not be changed retroactively in a way that removes the purchased Founder tier or number of Founder Pixels.
